the Lorikeet: My journey with textiles started way back in my childhood. As a younger woman I was fascinated by the techniques used to create beautiful textiles and other craftworks. In later life I have chosen to confine myself to textiles including felt making, knitting, crochet and sewing. I also love mosaics. I'm about colour and texture and each of these disciplines enables me to experiment with both these aspects.
